Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within the UAE only, via our courier partner. Orders are accepted seven days a week. Complimentary delivery on all orders over AED 400.

• Dubai — within 3 working days.
• Abu Dhabi & other Emirates — within 4–5 working days.

You will receive tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched. In the event of any unforeseen delay, we will inform you via email or phone as soon as possible.

• Legal title to your order passes upon shipment. Risk of loss or damage remains with Star of Dune until delivery is confirmed.
• Once your order leaves our facilities, we are not liable for courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout are the customer’s responsibility. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched.
• Shipping details and address cannot be changed once your order is placed — please review your details carefully at checkout.

Missing Orders

In the rare event that your order appears to be missing after a confirmed delivery notification, please contact us at youarethestar@starofdune.com or via WhatsApp within 24 hours of that notification. Once notified, we will investigate with the courier and either issue a full refund or resend your order (subject to availability) within 48 hours.
